These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LumaGrow website (operated via VoroBay.com, "we", "us", "our") and the purchase of any product from us. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase our products.

Testimonials and before/after imagery reflect individual experiences and are not a guarantee that you will achieve similar results. Red light therapy is a wellness device and is not a medical treatment; individual results vary.
3. Orders & pricing
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may cancel, refuse, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including where we suspect fraud, error, or a pricing mistake. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change at any time without notice. Any promotional pricing is limited-time and may end without warning.
4. Payment
Payment is processed through third-party providers. By placing an order you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method for the total order value including any applicable taxes.
5. Shipping
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
6. All sales final — no refunds
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of that policy.
7. Chargebacks
You agree to contact us and allow us a reasonable opportunity to resolve any order concern before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Filing a chargeback in breach of these Terms may be defended on our behalf with documentary evidence and may result in a permanent ban from future orders.
8. Health disclaimer
Our products are consumer wellness devices. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Content on this site is not medical advice.
