Shipping Policy

Delivery timeframe

Orders are dispatched from our fulfilment partners after payment has been verified. Estimated delivery time is 1 to 15 business days depending on your destination, local courier performance, and customs clearance where applicable.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or force majeure are outside our control and are not grounds for a refund.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number in the format XXX-XXX. You can check the status of your order at any time on our Track order page.

Address accuracy

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure their shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address supplied by the customer, or refused / unclaimed at delivery, are non-refundable.

Customs & duties

Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.
