All sales are final
Due to the personal-care and hygienic nature of our red light therapy devices, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds under any circumstances once an order has been placed and payment has been processed.
No refunds
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:
- No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, delayed delivery, dissatisfaction with results, or perceived lack of effectiveness.
- Individual results from red light therapy vary and are not guaranteed. Non-results are not grounds for a refund.
- Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
- Orders that are refused at delivery, unclaimed, or returned to sender are non-refundable.
Damaged or faulty items
If your item arrives visibly damaged in transit, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence of both the damaged product and the outer packaging. Any replacement is made at our sole discretion and is limited to a like-for-like replacement of the affected unit — no cash refunds will be issued.
Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback without first contacting us and allowing a reasonable period to resolve the matter constitutes a breach of these terms and may be disputed with supporting evidence, including order confirmation, tracking, and delivery proof.
